Community Wellbeing & Family Support Lead

Local Services 2 You at Chestnut Centre, Huddersfield is seeking a confident Community Wellbeing and Family Support Coordinator to deliver two core projects, coordinate day-to-day activity and support families to access practical help in their communities.

You will engage volunteers, liaise with employers and partners, plan activities and maintain records to demonstrate impact for funders and stakeholders. A DBS check is required and some evenings/weekends may be needed.
