Location: Didsbury - Based in the heart of our Belong Morris Feinmann Village

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Is a natural leader, mentor, and motivator
Thrives on positive change, innovation, and team development
Champions person-centred support that reflects dignity and individuality
Builds strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and the wider community
Has experience in care, team leadership, and values-led service delivery
Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a car
Is qualified to level 4 (in a Health and Social Care related subject)

  • Lead and support a high-performing home care team

  • Mentor new colleagues and nurture their development
