Our ideal candidate is a brilliant team player who loves challenges and takes their work seriously. You must be self-motivated, and well organised, plus you will need empathy, respect and excellent communication skills.

This is a client focused role, so you will be involved in day to day client care, but you will also receive office time where you will lead in areas such as support planning and staff development.

  • You will be able to plan, implement and assess ideas to improve the lives of our service users
  • It is essential that you have a driving licence and access to a car
  • Previous experience in the care sector is preferred.
