Community Team Leader - Morecambe

Overview

We are looking for Home Care Team Leaders to join our team, delivering home care services in Morecambe and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming new clients to the service, which includes completing assessments and care plans
• Planning the service for clients (including keeping care plans up to date)
• Establishing a personal connection with clients (and their team members) to ensure they are happy and content with the service
• Working directly with clients to meet their care needs
• Responsible for promoting and safeguarding the wellbeing of service users
• Providing leadership to front-line care staff through supervisions and appraisals
• Ability to adapt and address situations quickly
• Being part of the company on-call structure for out of hours

Qualifications

• Firstly, we are looking for a customer-focused person who has a commitment to quality of care while achieving business objectives
• You will be able to plan, implement and assess ideas to improve the lives of our service users
• It is essential that you have a driving licence and access to a car
• Previous experience in the care sector is preferred

• Salary: £29,016 per annum (based on 40 hours @ £13.95 per hour)
