Community Support Worker (Part-time, Chesterfield)

Salary: £26,040.38 per annum or £13.53 per hour

Hours: 20 hours per week

We're looking for a part-time Community Support Worker to provide active community-based support for 20 hours per week.

We're looking for someone to support our service users in and around the Chesterfield area. They enjoy frequent walks and visits, and driving will be essential for this role.

Please note that this role will include day and evening support, including weekends.
