Job Description
Caring Together in Woodhouse & Little London 
Caring Together is looking for a compassionate, motivated Community Support Worker to support older people to stay active, connected, and independent.
We're a Leeds-based Neighbourhood Network Scheme tackling isolation and disadvantage through community led activities, practical support, and advice services.
The Role- Deliver social, wellbeing, and activity sessions
- Provide one-to-one support
- Help members access services, benefits, and advice
- Experience in social care or community work
