Community Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, working in the community in the Liverpool area. This role involves supporting a young lady in various community settings.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide support within the community, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Help service users access and participate in community activities.
• Work closely with families and other care professionals to provide holistic support.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and care provided.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role within the UK.
• MUST BE A DRIVER with a valid UK licence
• Experience in providing support in a community setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A compassionate and patient approach.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the service users
