Community Support Worker - Bangor

We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist in caring for young people living within the community. These temporary positions offer a variety of day and night shifts, with pay rates ranging from £13.50 to £17.50 per hour, depending on the shift worked.

Successful candidates will work as part of a supportive team, sharing responsibility for the care, wellbeing, and supervision of young people within a residential setting. Key duties include supporting daily routines and activities, maintaining and updating care plans, promoting independence, and encouraging young people to develop self-help and life skills. An immediate start is available for suitable applicants for a minimum of 3 months with possible extension.

What We Need From You:

• Previous experience working in the Healthcare Sector
• To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
• Willing to undergo an Access NI check
