Full-time; includes supervisory visits, spot checks, and taking the on-call phone when required.

Rates of Pay

• Bank Holidays: £19.00 per hour (post-probation)

Purpose of Position

To supervise care staff and ensure high standards of person-centered care through audits and shadowing.

Main Duties

• New service user assessments
• Transcribing MAR charts
• Monitoring staff standards via spot checks
• Participation in team meetings
• Quality assurance reviews
• Training new staff in mandatory fields
