Community Store Associate - Customer Care & Sales

OurCoop is hiring for an in-store customer service role located in Solihull. You will support daily store operations, assist customers at checkouts and on the shop floor, and promote membership benefits to the community.

We value friendly, proactive team players who enjoy engaging with customers. Training and progression are provided, with shifts including evenings and weekends to suit business needs.
