Community Stop-Smoking Coach Change Lives

Solutions4Health is seeking a Stop Smoking Outreach Advisor to support people in Bristol to stop smoking through personalised advice, encouragement and evidence-based treatment. The role covers Bristol city centre and wider communities, delivering one-to-one support via in-person, phone and virtual appointments.

You will develop quit plans, advise on nicotine replacement therapy and monitor progress while collaborating with GP practices and local partners to extend reach and impact.
