About the Role
As a Community Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our flagship location-leading sales efforts, growing our member community, and delivering top-notch customer service. You'll drive revenue by attracting new members, hosting engaging events, and nurturing business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new leads through networking events, outreach, and community engagement.
- Conduct professional tours, follow-ups, and negotiations to convert prospects into members.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, entrepreneurs, and real estate brokers.
Community Engagement & Member Success
- Foster a welcoming, vibrant, and collaborative environment for members.
- Organize networking events and business workshops to support professional growth.
- Proactively engage with members to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Develop creative marketing promotions in collaboration with the owner.
- Leverage social media, digital marketing, and partnerships to increase visibility.
- Establish and maintain relationships with commercial real estate brokers.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure seamless onboarding for new members and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Monitor occupancy rates and implement strategies to maximize space utilization.
- Provide outstanding customer service to members, prospects, and visitors.
Who You Are
- A natural relationship builder with strong sales and leadership skills.
- A proactive, results-driven professional who thrives on achieving goals.
- A confident communicator in both English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
- Experienced in sales, coworking, hospitality, real estate, or property management.
- Familiar with CRM systems like HubSpot (preferred but not required).
