Community Retail Assistant - Flexible Shifts & Training

Co-op Digital is recruiting a Customer Team Member to join our local Co-op store. You'll work as part of a friendly team, delivering helpful service on the shop floor, tills, and possibly in the post office, bakery, or online order pickups.

This role offers paid training and a variety of shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, and some weekends. You'll help keep shelves stocked, check prices and dates, promote Co-op membership, and support your community.
