Community Rehab Assistant - Help Patients Recover at Home

NHS seeks a Rehabilitation Assistant to join the Community Therapy Team in Dorking. This role involves treating patients under the guidance of qualified therapists, carrying out assessments, and implementing therapy programmes. Ideal candidates will have good communication skills, a care certificate, and access to a car. Previous experience in healthcare is preferred, but training will be provided. The position offers a salary between £27,106 and £28,850 per annum, pro-rata, including fringe HCAS.
