We're recruiting a Community Paediatric Nurse to deliver one-to-one care to children with complex needs in their homes and schools across West Sussex. This role offers autonomy, structured visits and the opportunity to build real relationships with families - without the pressures of hospital shift work.

The Role

• Deliver specialist paediatric nursing care in community settings
• Administer IV therapies, injections and nutritional treatments
• Support and train families in ongoing care
• Manage your own caseload with full clinical backing

What You'll Need

• RGN / RSCN with active NMC PIN
• Paediatric nursing experience
• Confident lone worker
• Full UK driving licence
