Community Outreach Worker: Housing & Recovery Support

Waythrough is seeking an Outreach Worker in Bradford to deliver street outreach and housing support for adults who are rough sleeping or vulnerably housed. You will help clients move toward independent living and sustained housing recovery, with a need for a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), understanding of safeguarding, and ability to work within professional boundaries while maintaining case records and
