Job Description

Corlann - West Region is recruiting a Community Nurse (CNM1) to lead day-to-day service delivery for adults and children with intellectual disabilities. You will guide clinical practice in line with HIQA standards and Personal Outcome Measures while collaborating with families and teams.

The post requires an NMBI registration, a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience, a driving licence, and excellent English.
