Job Description

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Community Nurse Band 5 in Salisbury to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in patients' homes, in line with AfC terms and NHS Pension. You will work with GPs, families and multidisciplinary colleagues to assess needs and promote independence.
