Community Nurse - Nationwide

We are recruiting for Community Nurses in the following areas:

• Dublin North
• Dublin South
• Kildare
• Laois
• Meath
• Wicklow

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in clients' homes
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and clinical treatments as required
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and family members
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Promote patient independence and quality of life

Requirements:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration
• Previous community or acute nursing experience desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
• Strong organisational and time management skills
