Community Neighbourhood Officer: Housing & Safety

Platform Housing Group in Birmingham is seeking a Neighbourhood Officer to join our Localities team, delivering a comprehensive housing management service across Erdington, Pype Hayes and Sutton Coldfield. You will visit customers, advise on tenancies and work with communities to promote sustainable homes.

The role involves inspecting estates, recording health and safety or safeguarding issues, handling tenancy sign-ups and viewings, and collaborating with partner agencies.
