Community Navigator - Early Support & Wellbeing (Part-Time)

Doncaster Mind is seeking a Navigator for Early Support & Community Wellbeing. You will help people identify what matters most to them and access the right support, working across the Early Support & Community Wellbeing Pathway to connect individuals with wellbeing services, mentoring opportunities and community activities.

You'll contribute to outreach, partnership work and improving access for underrepresented communities, helping people build confidence, resilience and connection in Doncaster.
