Progress Community in Tees Valley is seeking a dedicated Community Mentor to support learners in the community and online, helping them re-engage with education and build confidence. You will travel regularly within Tees Valley to work with learners, families and professionals, maintain safeguarding practices and contribute to personalised pathways and positive outcomes for young people.
