Community Mental Health Peer Support Champion

Nova Wakefield District Limited in Leeds is seeking a Peer Support Worker for the Community Mental Health Transformation project, working across Leeds with home visits, community settings, NHS and partner buildings. The role is 25 hours per week and permanent subject to probation.

You will use lived experience to support adults and older adults in crisis, build trusting relationships, run groups, and travel to multiple sites, including home visits and community venues, with some evening/weekend
