Job Description
South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust seeks registered mental health and/or learning disability nurses to join its Kingston-based Home Treatment Team. The role supports crisis evaluation, assessment and community-based interventions across Kingston borough, with shifts from 08:30-16:30 and 14:30-22:30.
Driving license and car access are required for home visits. The post holder will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering care 08:30-22:30, 365 days a year, aiming to
