Community Meal Team (Tuesdays)We are a lively, community focused church based in one of the six towns that make up the City of Stoke on Trent (The Potteries). Every Tuesday, we host a weekly community meal, welcoming people from across the local area.
We offer:
A two course meal for £2 for adults
Children's meals for 50p during half term
Tea and coffee included
To help this much valued community meal run smoothly, we are looking for volunteers to support the sessions each week.
How You Can Help- 10:00am - Setting out tables and chairs
- 12:00pm - Serving meals and drinks
- 1:00pm - Tidying up and putting everything away
- Kitchen support: plating meals, washing up
- Friendly and reliable people
- Happy to work as part of a team
- Willing to help create a welcoming atmosphere for the community
You don't need experience - just a willingness to help and be part of something positive.
