We are a 360º construction company based on the Costa del Sol, specialized in high-end renovations and new builds of luxury villas. With an in-house architecture studio, we manage every phase of the process-from design and permits to full execution and final delivery-offering our clients a comprehensive and personalized experience.
Due to increasing demand, we are now expanding into other key regions in Spain such as Madrid, and we are looking for a skilled marketing and commercial professional to lead that growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive and organized Community Manager to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for managing our online presence, creating engaging content, and building meaningful connections with our audience-especially in the high-end real estate and design sectors.
This is a full-time, on-site position at our office in Calle Juan Cabanilles 11, Málaga, with a flexible start time between 8:00 and 10:00 AM to support a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media communities across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create and schedule high-quality, engaging content in English.
- Interact with followers and respond to messages and comments with a tone that reflects our brand identity.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on reach, engagement, and community growth.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design team for campaign launches, stories, and visuals.
- Occasionally support live events or content creation on-site.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in English (required for content creation and audience interaction).
- Conversational level of Spanish to communicate effectively with the internal team and local collaborators.
- Previous experience managing professional social media accounts.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Later, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Passion for design, architecture, lifestyle, or luxury sectors is a plus.
- Organized, creative, and proactive mindset.
What We Offer
- Annual gross salary of €23,000.
