Job Description
Cardiff Council (Cyngor Caerdydd) invites applications for an admin role based in the East Hub, Llanrumney and Rumney Hub. The post focuses on delivering a frontline customer service for Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction and related services.
You will work as part of a team, providing face-to-face support, guiding inquiries, and supporting library delivery and community events. Welsh language knowledge is advantageous.
