Community Housing Officer: Safer Neighbourhoods & Tenancies

Platform Housing Group is seeking a Neighbourhood Officer to join the Localities team, delivering housing management services and working with communities across North Staffordshire.

You'll visit customers, review tenancies, inspect estates and raise health and safety or safeguarding concerns, while building strong relationships with partners and local residents. The role requires a hands-on approach, willingness to travel, and a basic DBS check.
