HCRG Care Group's Livingstone Community Hospital, Dartford, is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our Community Nursing Team. You'll deliver compassionate, person-centred care to patients at home and in community clinics across Dartford and North Kent.

Working with Community Nurses, you'll support wound care, diabetes management and palliative care, document care electronically, and help prevent unnecessary hospital admissions while accessing ongoing development through our Learning
