Community Fundraiser
Oxfordshire (Hybrid)

The Organisation

Our client works to help people with disabilities and illnesses through the use of technology.

They have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Community Fundraiser or supporter engagement professional to level up and help them achieve even more. You would join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week. For exceptional candidates, they will consider part-time working for a minimum of 30 hours per week.

- Salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The Role

As a Community Fundraiser, you'll become the face of our client's organisation, driving their fundraising strategy and securing the vital income and support that they need to continue making a difference. You'll connect with key stakeholders, raising awareness and building long-term relationships.

It's your passion that will set you apart and your ability to develop meaningful relationships that will drive your success. Join their team and use your fundraising skills to create real-world impact.

Additionally, you will be:

- Creating and promoting incredible fundraising activities and events
- Helping to develop and implement a new fundraising strategy
- Representing the organisation by attending networking opportunities
- Working closely with the rest of the Fundraising and Communications team

About You

To be considered as a Community Fundraiser, you will need:

- Proven experience in community fundraising or a similar role
- Experience developing and delivering events or campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience using fundraising databases
- Flexibility to travel across the region and occasionally work evenings/weekends
- A driving licence and access to a car
