Community Forensic Mental Health Practitioner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Forensic Community team Practitioner to be involved in the operational running and development of the North Wales Forensic Psychiatric Service.
The post holder will act as a specialist resource in providing care coordination and supervision for mentally disordered offenders from the BCUHB area within the field of community mental health and act as a link between inpatient forensic service and the community.
Main duties of the jobThe management of community and inpatient caseloads both locally and nationally for mentally disordered offenders who have complex; psychological, social, health and forensic backgrounds. Acting as a specialist practitioner and information resource to generic mental health services and related disciplines at primary, secondary and tertiary levels.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
