Community Engagement Volunteer

What will the role look like?

By becoming a Community Engagement Volunteer, you can support one or more of our community groups across West Leeds. You might also be involved in volunteering at a community festival or event whilst promoting local health and wellbeing campaigns and connecting with community members to inform them of the groups that we deliver.

We are looking for someone who is

• Approachable, personable and friendly
• Non-judgemental, respectful and respects people's confidentiality
• Has the ability to connect and listen to people, whilst showing empathy
• Open to learning and is enthusiasticabouttrying new things
• Willing to attend policy training
