Belfast City Council is seeking a Programme Officer for the Alleyways Transformation Programme (ATP) to deliver people-facing opportunities and support the development of a blueprint for a sustainable alleyway transformation service in Belfast. The role focuses on local engagement, partnership work and coordinated community participation.
