Community Empowerment Connector - Flexible Outreach

Discovery is seeking Community Connectors to join our Outreach team in Yeovil and surrounding areas. You will help people in their communities develop life skills, confidence and independence, with flexible shifts and a mix of home and community-based work.

No prior direct experience is required as full training is provided, including the Care Certificate within three months. A DBS check will be arranged by Discovery, and a driving licence is desirable for travel across Somerset.
