Community Employment Coach - Flexible Hours

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Carmarthen is seeking an Community Employment Mentor for a temporary role. You will provide intensive, person-centred mentoring to individuals who are unemployed or in work poverty, helping them overcome barriers and progress towards suitable, sustainable employment.

You will develop action plans, conduct ongoing assessments, and work with local partners to access training, education, development opportunities and employment.
