Community Day Services Lead - Person Centered Support

Cardiff Council is seeking a part-time Day Service Support Worker to join our Social Services - Adults team in Cardiff. You will provide person-centred, outcome-led support to adults with learning disabilities, helping them access community activities and achieve identified outcomes.

The role requires flexibility, driving licence and use of a car for work, liaising with partners, and upholding safeguarding and ethical standards. Part-time 18.5 hours/week, 52 weeks/year; DBS checks apply.
