To uphold these principles, Compass Associates is collaborating with our client to find an experienced Community Clinical Lead who will seamlessly integrate into their skilled multidisciplinary team and expertly manage a caseload of complex care clients in the community.


Location:

The role is hybrid, so in addition to working from home, you will be managing a caseload of clients who are within a commutable radius from Orpington, which is commutable from Dartford, Croydon, Brixton, Wimbledon, Sutton, Caterham, Sevenoaks, Greenwich, Lambeth and other nearby towns and villages.


Desired Criteria:

- RGN Qualified with a valid NMC registration

- 2 years post-qualification experience (minimum)

- Experience of working within a similar setting such as ICU, ITU, HDU, CCU OR community complex care


Shift Pattern:

As a Community Clinical Lead, you will be expected to work a typical Mon - Fri, 9AM - 5PM shift pattern, at an average of 37.5 hours per week.

The role offers hybrid working, where you manage your own diary in working from home and being in the field to visit the packages.


Interview Process:

This will be a one-stage process carried out virtually with the Heads of Nursing.


Salary and Benefits:

This Community Clinical Lead position pays between £40,000 and £43,940, depending on experience and qualifications, and includes an industry-leading benefit package:
