Leaders in Care, Gloucester, is recruiting an experienced Care Coordinator to join a large homecare organisation. This Monday to Friday role combines office-based coordination with some field duties, and you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

You will coordinate rotas, support service delivery and help ensure care plans meet each client's needs, while building strong relationships with care workers, clients and families.
