SureCare East Surrey & Sevenoaks is seeking kind, reliable, and compassionate Community Care Assistants (Drivers) to join its growing team across East Surrey. This is a part time, permanent role offering £14.25-£25 per hour, paid per minute worked, plus mileage contributions.

This is more than just a care job. You will be helping people remain safe, happy, and independent in the comfort of their own homes, while building meaningful relationships that make a genuine difference every day.

• Provide personal care and support with dignity and compassion.
• Assist with medication management.
• Prepare meals and support with nutrition.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Provide dementia care and mobility assistance.
• Help with shopping, errands, and social outings.
• Support clients with appointments and community activities.
• Promote independence, wellbeing, and trust in every visit.

Candidate Requirements

• Kind, caring, and compassionate nature.
• Reliability and professionalism.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Previous care experience (not essential, full training provided).
• Passion for supporting people in their own homes.
• Location: Oxted, England (community based care across East Surrey).
