Community Care Assistant

We're looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Community Care Assistants to support people in their own homes across Abingdon and the surrounding areas.

This is a rewarding role where you'll provide practical and emotional support, helping individuals maintain their independence and enjoy a good quality of life at home.

As a Community Care Assistant, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing personal care and support with daily routines
• Helping with meal preparation and household tasks
• Supporting with medication
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Encouraging independence and choice
• Supporting individuals with their day-to-day activities
• Maintaining accurate care records

• £13.00 per hour
• Paid travel time
• Mileage allowance
• Operating hours between 7am and 10pm
• Flexible shifts to suit your availability
• Alternate weekend working
• Full training and ongoing support
