Our new 2026 pay rates make this the perfect time to join. Earn up to £15.50 per hour, with paid travel time and mileage on top, so every minute of your work is valued.

With our paid training (both in-person and online), you'll gain the skills and confidence to support people in living independently in their own homes.

You'll be supported from day one with flexible hours, a welcoming team, and real opportunities to build a long-term career. Many of our full-time carers earn £28,000+ per year.

• £13.50-£15.50 per hour depending on when you work
• Paid travel time + mileage reimbursement, including commuting to and from home (after 10 miles)
