Community Care Assistant

We require a Care Assistant to join our team providing excellent care and support to clients who wish to continue living the life they choose, in the community and in their own homes.

Our clients are based between Grantham, Newark, Sleaford and villages in between.

£12.42 per hour with a scope to earn up to £15.00 per care hour (additional starting salary dependant on care qualifications)

Travel time and mileage paid at 30p per mile

Our care staff provide support to our clients between 7.30 am to 10pm

Alternate weekends are essential

Care visits are a minimum of 1 hour

Must be flexible and happy to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week

Your hours will be agreed each week based on your availability

If you have empathy for those who can no longer fully support themselves, are trustworthy, reliable, have a great work ethic and with a good knowledge of the locality, we would love to speak to you.

To become a Care Assistant with us you do not have to be an experienced carer as we will provide you with a paid induction training and ongoing support.

We will provide all you need to carry out this role successfully including paid training, DBS clearance, staff tunic and free PPE.
