Community Capacity Building Officer: Training & Support

Bury VCFA is searching for a Capacity Building Development Officer to support and strengthen the VCSE sector in Bury St Edmunds. The role involves providing tailored advice to local groups, delivering training sessions, and representing the sector in various forums.

The ideal candidate will have experience in community engagement, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a difference. This rewarding position offers 22 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays and concessionary days.
