Community-Based Adult Learning Lead

A community-focused educational organization is seeking an Adult Learning Manager to lead their learning provision. The successful candidate will develop and oversee innovative programs tailored to community needs, manage a diverse team, and advocate for educational initiatives in the community. A minimum of 2 years' experience in Adult Education, a teaching qualification, and excellent communication skills are essential. This full-time role requires working Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekend commitments.
