Communications Specialist - UZH.ai Initiative

Your responsibilities

• Develop a communication strategy and implement it across web, social, newsletter, and internal platforms (Share-point)
• Translate AI research, teaching and internal staff stories into engaging content
• Build community and campaigns around UZH.ai activities
• Assist in organizing events and outreach
• Maintain and update UZH.ai website & social media
• Track impact metrics and continuously optimize communication efforts
• Coordinate with the central communications team and integrate activities into the overall UZH communication.

Your profile

• Degree in communications, media, marketing, or related field
• Initial professional experience in communications, PR, digital media, etc.
• Excellent writing/storytelling skills in English (and German; bilingual is a plus)
• Interest in AI, able to explain complex topics simply
• Structured, proactive, team-oriented
• Familiar with CMS, analytics, social media management and multimedia content production
