Trinity Walton Club, at Trinity's School of Physics, is a non profit, teaching and learning innovation of Trinity College Dublin, that designs and delivers transformative educational experiences for STEM engaged youth. Since 2014, TWC's programmes have delivered over6,000 educationalinteractive experiences that seek to build STEMcompetence andconfidence among teenagers. TWC's programmes also promote students' interest in and broadenstudents' awareness of the transferability of STEM competencies for a wide range ofcareers both in and beyond science. This initiative brings together several internal and external STEM education actors who are passionate about TWC's mission.
This post holder will be required to work Saturdays during the academic term (Oct-June), and Monday - Friday the remainder of the year. There will be the opportunity for blended working conditions outside of TWC's teaching and learning programme. Garda vetting will be sought for the successful candidate.
This is a full time role in Ireland. We require that you hold immigration permission that allows full time employment in this role. For this position we will not be able to support new employment permit applications.
Post Status:Specific Purpose
Trinity's School of Physics is recruiting a specific purpose cover to support the communication and execution of key recruitment, onboarding, and administrative processes within the Trinity Walton Club, TWC (). The purpose of the role is to provide cover for an unexpected leave of absence which currently has an unconfirmed end date.
Hours of Post:35 hours per week
Salary:Appointment will be made on the Administrative Officer 3 (€47,374 - €59,254 per annum) and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines. Pay scales

- An understanding of the operational management process is essential. The applicant should give examples of involvement in coordinating educational or organisational activities, including space management, resource allocation, and process optimisation, and what they learned from the process.
- An understanding of student recruitment is essential. The applicant should give examples of involvement in recruitment campaigns and community building initiatives, demonstrating how they contributed to engagement and growth, and what they learned from the process.
- An understanding of effective communication is essential. The applicant should give examples of involvement in developing and managing communications across traditional and digital platforms, and what they learned from the process.
- Illustrate, through past example, their ability to work on their own initiative and resolve problems. The applicant should describe a time when they identified an inefficiency or challenge, acted, and improved the process or outcome.
