The Role: As Communications Advisor, you will support the delivery of people-focused communications across Linklaters. Working with senior leaders and subject matter experts, you'll craft clear, engaging content that promotes wellbeing, inclusion, firm values, and key change initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping messages that inform, inspire, and enable cultural and business transformation. Your Key Responsibilities: Develop, draft, and refine engaging communications for campaigns on people priorities, including wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, business transformation, and emerging technologies such as Gen AI. Advise stakeholders and contribute to communications strategies, ensuring messaging is clear, relevant, and tailored to diverse audiences. Coordinate the delivery and publication of people-related content across the firm's intranet, newsletters, digital platforms, and visual channels. Partner with Business Teams leadership to create communications that drive organisational change. Support HR in promoting the employer value proposition and collaborate with Marketing to strengthen the employer brand. Monitor campaign performance through feedback and analytics, recommending improvements and refining messages based on data and employee insights. Assist in planning and delivering employee engagement forums, digital events, and other interactive initiatives. Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within people communications. What we're looking for: Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or change communications, ideally within professional services or a corporate environment. Strong ability to draft clear, engaging, and accessible messaging for internal audiences. Skilled in coordinating campaigns across digital channels and using analytics to measure impact. Comfortable translating complex topics into straightforward, compelling content for diverse audiences. Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
