Communal Services Cleaner

We're really excited to be looking for aCommunal Services Cleaner to join our friendly, frontline team.

Working acrossEastleigh and the surrounding areas, you'll help make sure our customers live in clean, tidy and inviting environments. You'll travel between sites, following a planned rota, and take pride in delivering a consistently high standard of cleaning across communal spaces.

You'll use simple technology to capture your work - taking photos or sharing quick updates - helping us make sure our customers always receive the high standard of service they expect.

You'll bring a real pride in what you do and a genuine passion for making a difference to our customers' homes and communities.

You'll also:

• Be self-motivated and take ownership of your work
• Enjoy being out and about, where no two days are the same
• Have a positive, can-do attitude and go the extra mile
• Be comfortable working independently across multiple locations

Afull driving licence is essential so you can travel between sites and keep our service running smoothly.
