Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking to take on the challenge of opening a new home and shaping its future?
We are ideally looking for someone who has commissioning or business development experience

As the Commissioning Home Manager you will;

Deliver exceptional residential care through strong quality assurance practices
Identifying new business opportunities and drive occupancy levels
Oversee the opening of the service
Recruitment of the full staff
Working alongside the Marketing Team to fill beds and develop the homes presence in the area
Overseeing budgets to ensure financial viability and identify growth opportunities

The regional manager is looking for a Registered Manager with;
Commissioning experience
Over 3 years as a registered Manager
NVQ5 in management
Show business development previously
Good history of CQC reports
