Job Title: Commissioning Engineer
Location: Basildon, South East
Salary / Benefits: £25k - £45k + Training + Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Commissioning Engineer through to Lead Commissioning Engineer

Profile

Our client is well established within the Water Treatment / HVAC industry, and work across a range of Educational, Healthcare, and Industrial sites, delivering the full range of commissioning works. Due to rapidly growing business, they are now looking to take on a knowledgeable and hard working Commissioning Engineer based in the Basildon area. The ideal candidate will hold extensive experience working within the commissioning industry, undertaking inspections and balancing of air and water systems as well as doing validations on air and water systems. Applications will be considered from: Billericay, Braintree, Brentwood, Carney Island, Chelmsford, Dagenham, Grays, Rainham, Rayleigh, Rochford, Romford, Southend on Sea, Stanford le hope, Wickford, Witham.

Experience & Qualifications

• Will ideally hold experience in inspecting, balancing, and validating water and air systems.
• Will hold previous experience in the commissioning industry.
• Must have working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

The Role

• Undertaking calibration of equipment to accurately balance water systems.
• Carrying out commissioning duties on air and water systems, including balancing, inspection and validation.
• Inspecting project installs when needed.
• Carrying out service work strictly in line with clients' specifications.
• Ensure that all works are being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety procedures.
• Undertaking water treatment duties when and as needed.
• Building and maintaining professional working relationships with clients.
